Early Sprite Steering Tie Rods

Hi, anyone know where I can get repair parts for the ball jointed tie rods that 
screw into each end of the Early Sprite steering rack? There is a cup, shims 
and a threaded cover that gets peened into slots on the housing to lock in 
place that I am looking for...Or a good pair of complete assemblies might 
interest me as well.
