Subject: | 1960's cigarette lighter elements? |
Date: | Mon, 24 Nov 2003 09:10:07 -0500 |
i have a 67 saab with an "AUTOFUME" (mfgr.'s name) lighter in it. it's the original one and i'd like to retain it. it is quite unlike the two common ones found in north america. it is suspected to be possibly german made for saab. just the tiny heating element unscrews out of the assembly. can any foregin members identify it or locate a possible replacement element ? the knob matches the rest of the dash gray knobs and i am trying to avoid putting in a complete universal unit if i can. chuck. |
