Hey both my TR4A amd Sprite just like this when cold. Two or three coughs and 
then off they go. A couple spritzes of starting fluid is one to avoid it. But 
I have just come to expect that cough and whine (the TR sounds more lke a 
moan). I make worse noises when I get up.
