Re[2]: CA plate changes - specifically YOM data

Hello Dena,

       wow, what a hassle! here in washington state, you only need
       have one plate, don't think you need the sticker (but it do)
       and every DMV and subsidiary has a book to look it up to see if
       you have the proper plate. if all is good, they issue a
       registration right then and there. $35--- case closed! good
       forever.
