Gerard, You are wrong on buying 60's type Blk Plates to fit to a car that had them originally but do not now. Gov. Davis vetoed that bill. Only older cars are allowed that method of registration. I did it on my 1929, and I don't know until what years are allowed, but it is NOT the 1963 and newer black plates. Blk plates changed from yellow in 1963. You can only have a blk plate if the car is currently titled with it. John |
