Well, I just got this car driving yesterday and then the pump quit 
working today.  It's got 10.7 volts across the terminals, I used a 
little emery paper to clean the contacts, and it still won't go.  I had 
previously convinced the thing to work as it wasn't pumping when I 
bought the car.
What else can go wrong with these pumps?  How do I test the cap?  What 
is that blue thing bolted to the car right next to the pump and wired to 
the plus (I think) side?
