Stromberg leak

Subject: Stromberg leak

The Stromberg carb on my Midget has been leaking from the plug in the bottom 
of the float bowel.  I put in a new plub with new o-ring.   

It still leaks.  Any suggestions?  Would it hurt to use RTV?
