It took two evenings for thick old me to
do it, but I managed to degree-in my
cam tonite! Ricochetting offset keys and
weird readings and a failing dial indy-
cater. Kent sez 106 degrees. Anton sez
103-104. Well how bout 103.5?
The Castrol degree wheel confuses simple
folk like me. The numbers start going
down and you hafta add 'em back in.
Clockwise, anti-clockwise, averaging
readings, and the indicator that hangs
loose over the pushrod cup mosta the
time.
Somehow in all this I managed last nite
to get the gear/chain lineup out by two
teeth. This is crazy-making! I read Vizard
and the other guy and the Kent and Castrol
directions and overcame my ADHD.
