In your message about this trip you mentioned the words "Fall" and "Smokey
Mountains".
I have a very close friend who is the President of the British Car Club of
Western North Carolina and they put on a BCS every September know as "Autumn in
the Mountains". The date of the show this year is September 26 & 27, and the
location is Flat Rock, N.C. If you have an interest in driving that far (
perhaps down the Blue Ridge Pkwy. thru Virginia into North Carolina ), do a web
search under that name and you'll find the details of that event. I
unfortunately will be unable to attend that event this year, but you may want
to consider that as your destination.
