Mike...you are "the man"!

Good work, guy! Unreal PITA, isn't it?
And of course it was hot and humid while
you were doing it. God was "testing" your
resolve, Mike. Mark this one down and
be sure to mention this to the Big Man when your time comes...he owes
you one
for breaking your cajones!

Now, consider:
you don't really ever want to run a tank
dry, right? Any "garbage" is going to be
at the bottom of that tank, anyway. So you don't want to go there in any
event
and now....you CAN'T!! This is really a
blessing in disguise. I never run the level
down below 1/4. And in case you forget,
the fuel pump clicking away after a fast
corner, sudden stop or quick take-off as
you get below 1/4 WILL remind you. So, get the tube "vertical" and it's
sayonara
mutherfu...well, you know!

Now what you MIGHT consider is welding a removeable plug in the bottom
lowest
portion of that tank so you can drain
and flush it every couple of years, like
you could with the early tanks. Of course,
your's is coated so this is strictly optional
in your case. But if one were to do this,
now would certainly be the time. If you
do, don't forget to remove the plug after
the coating has had a chance to set up,
but before it completely hardens! :):)

Good job, man!
