There is a guy up in Syracuse that advertises original BMC literature
and
possibly a guy up in Rhode Island, as
well. Both of them used to advertise in
Hemmings years ago but I do not recall
exactly who these people were so...I'm
useless as usual....:)

I was able to confirm the British price
as #688, though and you've confirmed
US$1795 so, that's a start in any event! :)
