Russ, You have had a couple of replies in relation to tyre balance. For my 2 pence worth (thus establishing UK and not USA terminology) try the Universal Joint on the Propshaft. It is a sign it is coming close to the end of its life. There can be other 'normal wear' causes in steering and suspension but try the common ones first.
