Gee, I don't know. It sure sounds like the line I used to justify the
acquisition of my first B. Maybe the guy is a salesman, gooodness knows, no
one falls for one of those sales pitches, hook line and sinker, like a
salesman!
On the other hand, in another fifteen years, by the time the purchaser
completes than "minor" rehab, he could be right ...
