Gary:
I was going to offer to you or others a copy of mine for my costs in
reproducing it, on the theory that it was no longer available. However, I
find that you can buy it from:
http://www.ahspares.co.uk
The bugeye is $32. plus shipping and the Mark 2-4 is $35, plus shipping.
Since the manual is European A size (not 8-1/2 x 11) it will need reducing,
and then reproducing--worthwhile if it is one of the last good copies
available. In other words, you can buy a new one for less than I can make a
copy of mine (greasestains and all) for you.
By the way, you at least have a Mark II engine in the Bugeye, and there may
be other modifications. Looks like they left the original smoothcase
transmission, and I personally would want to exchange it for something else
unless you are planning to go back to strictly original and a 948 engine. If
Paul A. still has his Datsun 4 speeds, that might be a possibility, or a 5
speed or ribcase would work well. On the smoothcase, the gap between second
and third is too great. Here's Paul's address and he's a lister:
     Pasgeirsson@worldnet.att.net
Good luck on the project.
