I cannot help but wonder when the check
went out to Jay!! :)

After how many weeks while Jay was
trying to contact this fellow and could not
do so or get a reply? 

The refund check didn't
happen to go out coincident with this
fellow's receipt of an attorney's letter,
did it? Or upon threat of legal action or  something akin or similiar in
nature?

Look......Annice and Bob have known
Jay since God knows when.
