Bill,
I've used the colortune system several times on my Midget.  My father inlaw
has a midget as well, he has a DCOE 40 on his.  The colortune was an
invaluable tool in getting the mixture set right with his engine.  That and
reading the plugs.  I'm a bit new to all this so any tool I can find helps.
