Dave,

Too Strange, I have an original BMC loose leaf MK2 Sprite workshop manual
and it does not list a torque value for that either.

So I check my InterEurope British Leyland Manual for the 1961 Sprite - Nope!
(it does list crankshaft pulley at 70 ft/lbs)

So I check my Glenn's for the Austin Healey - No Dice

Neither does my Glenn's Master Foreign Car Repair manual.

Must have been "tight enough is tight enough"

-Bill

PS. Dave - I'm attaching a bolt torque spec sheet (PDF file) that lists
torque specs for every size bolt fine/coarse & grade 5/8 that I use when I
don't find the specific item. I know the listserver will strip the file
off to the spridgets list, so if anyone else would like a copy, email me off
list and I will forward it to you.

My Bentley manual seems to have even mundane things like oil pan and
distributor clamp values, but none for the camshaft sprocket that I can
find.
Anybody?
