Yeah, me too...I have the old 1-2 crunch til the Datsun box warms up.  After
that, it's OK.  Gotta show my ignorance...what's Redline MTL??  Sounds like I
oughta get some if it'll help the old bump and grind.

I have this exact same symptom with mine. It's typical of the Datsun boxes
as every one I've driven seems to do that.
