I am totally unbiased here!
Boston is the worst US city I have been to, nothing else comes close
and I have driven in lots of places all over the country (but I am
still nowhere near up to 50 states yet)
Despite assertions to the contrary, Minneapolis drivers are just fine,
e.g. merging into freeway traffic folk even make room for you most of the
time!
Now, outside the US, Malaysia/Singapore were pretty bad, crazy even, but
*NOTHING* comes close to driving in Italy.
Man, that was an experience. It is the only time in my life when I felt
that an accident was inevitable "real soon now", but somehow it didn't
happen (except for losing a mirror because I didn't figure out in
advance why everyone had the mirrors folded in...)
