I have Brembos. Thousands of miles and no pulsing. I don't think it is the
rotor's fault.
Have you rebuilt the calipers? An easy job, and if one piston is not moving
smoothly, it can cause the problem. Also, make sure you use a torque wrench
when you put the wheels on (except wires, of course). Lug nuts that are too
tight can also warp rotors.
