weber / sk carbs

hello,
 can anyone direct me to where I can find a trouble shooting giude or site or
anything for weber/sk carbs?? I can't seem to make my car Idle.(also bogs
heavily under load) Have no idea where to start.
The timing is relatively close (although not spot on as the car won't idle to
time ) There is a new pertronix ignitor on it(if that makes a difference)
