ok i need to ad a note here on proper instalation of aditional lighting!
now i hold a pennsylvania state inspection licsence. no big deal but the
reason i mention this is that according to pennsylvania state inspection
laws , auxillary lighting (fog / driving lamps) must be connected by a relay
so it only functions on low beam and not high beam. the reason i mention
this at all is during the state inspection process in my state if your car
is not properly wired it will fail inspection(you get the joy of the
posibility of having to pay for annual inspection twice!). and in adition
if it is improperly wired merly removing a fuse or cutting wires does not
legally pass! if the lamps are present they "must function" properly even
if they are not factory equiptment. so before you attach aditional
lighting you might do well to ask the local dmv or inspection station about
proper function of aditional lighting before you attach or cut or splice
anything? personally i have some pretty bright driving lights wich are not
relayed! i just remove the lamps for inspection evry year and ...no hassle!
and on those long drives at night i can spot for roosting birds up in
trees....! :)

chuck.
