Somewhere, maybe on here,  I saw a method of replacing the bleeder screw with 
a fitting that connected to a piece of tubing which was run up to the engine 
bay, then a bleeder screw was put into the piece of tubing.  By doing that, 
it was possible to bleed the clutch under the bonnet.
