Guilty as charged. Quickest way to get satisfaction is to go to a field
office or better yet one of the investigation offices and fill out a DMV
complaint form against the dealer. This will start the ball rolling, an
investigator will be (eventually) sent out (usually undercover) and they may
turn
up even more violations. Failure to sell vehicle at the advertised price is one
of the standard charges in the pleading book. Note that this may take a while,
but DMV does wield a mighty big stick, albeit they wield it slowly.
