First, check and adjust the vent window rail (also the window track) and the
latch
side track inside the doors.
Make sure the glass is not fouling on the weatherseal metal clips.
Clean out what's left of the old grease with some brake clean or elbow grease
and
a stiff brush.
Regrease the winder mechanism track and rollers with a good white grease. Spray
the winder crank mechanism with some liquid wrench or Busty or any other
penetrating oil (WD is NOT a penetrating oil)
Roll it up and down checking the side channels for binds.
It takes a bit of fussing with but they can be made to work like new.
