I can't answer the Krylon question, but the foil question I will try to
address. I
bought a Bugeye model off of eBay a couple years back and talked the seller (a
maniac model builder) into making it for me, the guy is good!! I also bought a
second one and he gave me some supplies for making it. This included a small
sheet
of this Chrome foil, you peel the back and cover your part, then use a pencil
eraser
to press it on tightly.
