That's the experience I've had with contractors so far. We're looking at
options to help heat the second floor of our old (1833) house. The current
ducting system is very inefficient. We had a couple of contractors come by to
give suggestions and estimates - they weren't very quick to turn around the
quotes. Seems in a booming housing market everyones's going for the big jobs
doing several houses in a new subdivision.
