I would leave the unused channel wires open. Without knowing how the amp is
designed, you're more likely to smoke it by tying the wires together than
leaving them dangle. There should be a wiring diagram either in the
instructions or on the radio chassis, telling you how to wire it for two of
four speakers. If not, I'd contact the MFG via tech support or their web
site.
