Well I got them off. Thanks all for your suggestions, I used most all of
them, perhaps the biggest help was realizing, from your advice, that it's as
much of a bitch as it looked like. Before that I couldn't help thinking I
was missing a piece of the puzzle. With the seized nut that holds the two
manifolds together and the dowel pins from the intake to the head involved it
was quite a trick. Can't help wondering how they installed them but won't
ever know b/c a header and new intake are going on.
