Most likely it is the Gunze Sangyo model kit.  Theirs has a yellow Bugeye on
the cover.  They also made an advanced kit with metal parts (grill,
windscreen, etc) but the body/tub still plastic.  That kit has a blue racing
modified bugeye on the box.
