You know it could just be those lights
are designed to be more easily seen, rather than making it easier to
see.

I have heard the same complaint from
others who have installed them. They
look way cool and stand out very well
to "oncoming" traffic, but damned if they
make "seeing" any better than halogens
with respect to the driver of the car on
which these are installed.

Very strange! Haven't personally tried
them myself.
