throttle update

I went to a local bicycle shop today.  Told them I wanted the strongest
highest quality cable they had.  I bought a cable, adjuster and 2 metal
knurls (the metal piece on the end of the housing) for $3.90.  They said the
cable I bought was used on most of the high end mountain bikes.  We will see
when I'm done how well it works.  Thanks to all with your suggestions and
pics.
