loose but new bearings BUMMER!: Resolution

I replaced the brand-spankin' new bearings with the bearings that had 
been in the wire wheel hubs. They have less than 20,000 miles on 
them. They, too, have the plastic races (ball cages). There is now 
ZERO wheel wobble.
