bug-i idle

My yellow car is giving me fits. When cold it won't idle, as it warms up
idles to fast, when fully hot again low idle and sounds like way more cam
lope than it's 263.  All this and it still pulls strong up to 6k, running
great. Just did a tune up with new points, plugs, condenser, and carb tune
(SU's)and no change.  Any ideas?
