I think that is required--we have to cinderize any country that gives safe 
harbor to these thugs, along with the thugs.   If the snake sneaks into his 
tunnels, there are gasses that will seek him out.  And maybe, just maybe, his 
hideout needs to be turned into glass by a nuke.
