Today?
Lucas has been split. I think it goes like this:
         Lucas Aerospace is Lucas
         Lucas Automotive is Delphi
         Girling is Girling (with Varga, Sumitomo, etc)

Not sure that's all of it. I understood Magneti Marelli had some bit of it 
years ago, maybe just the lamps.
