i'm a greatly let down! the solex 44P-II has venturis that are too large to
get a proper signal to draw fuel in the idle circut. so now begins my
search for vintage solex venturis(2 since it is a 2bbl down draft).
drat-drat-and doubble drat!
the 1bbl solex is back on and the saab works well but does not flow enough
fuel/air mixture at speed . so i need to do more searching for bits and
pieces. there is nothing wrong with the carb.
