I took the subject title from an article written by the king of nuts (sorry 
Mike).  Anyway, suggest the following publication, Fastener Decoder Booklet 
for BMC Vehicles."  Printed and sold by Clarke Spares & Restorations
Doylestown, PA  215 348-0595.  IT is a repro of a document distributed by BMC 
to "decode the part numbers as related to fasteners and what they mean in 
terms of size thread, length, etc.  a great source.
