A Shortest-Distance Map Rally through Montgomery and Berks Counties, PA.
This RoadRally is designed to be fun for first-time rallyists. There is a
short odometer check leg at the beginning, then you use the supplied maps to
find the shortest route to several locations where you must answer questions,
and then find your way to the finish. The finish is at the Mid Atlantic Air
Museum in Reading, PA. There will be time for you to visit the museum while
we score the rally.
Cars must be street legal and have current state inspection. We STRONGLY
suggest that the navigator be able to read a map!
Two classes:
Novice - Fewer than 6 rallies, driver and navigator combined.
Experienced - 6 or more rallies, driver and navigator combined.
Car numbers will be consecutive, and will be assigned at registration. You
will start at 10:30 a.m. plus your car number in minutes. Maps will be given
out 20 minutes before you start.
Pre-register by mailing your payment with the form below by July 23rd.
General Instructions will be distributed at registration. Please try to
pre-register to help us plan accordingly, but you can register on rally day.
Thanx!
Any questions call, Allen Hefner, 215-884-1163, or e-mail: ajhsys@aol.com.

The rally is part 2 of Philly Region's Motorsports Weekend 2001. Join us on
Friday evening, 7 to 9, at the Roosevelt Mall, Cottman Ave. in NE Philly, for
a FREE Cruise Night car show. On Sunday, come out and autocross (Solo II) at
the Boeing Helicopter plant at Exit #8 of I-95 in Ridley Park, PA.
Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. More info and directions at www.autox4u.com.
Dash Plaques to all! And if you attend all three events, the dash plaque
(magnet) fits together. (Woo-hoo!)
