Generator ----> Alternator

I was wondering, would the rear alternator bracket from a 1275 fit a 948
engine block, or should I fabricate something myself.



On the Lucas alternator there is three spade connectors for a plug while on
the generator there is only two, do I use the top spade or the middle spade.
