Should work, Derf, and can "check"
obtained setting in this manner by normal
"lift piston" method. Used gauge in this
manner back in early 60's on first Frog
and later, MGA's. Worked fine for me.
SU great carb(s). Seriously considering
Dean Hedin's Judson SU manifold set-
up as replacement for Holley; I'm almost
positive I'll go this way.
