Hello spridgets,
mine used to do the same thing.. replaced the cable, it
did not help.. eventually the speedo became "sticky"..
that is is reads "0" up to about 25... then gradually if
i stay at that speed for quite a while it will read
25... then 35... if i speed up and maintain THAT speed..
then when i hit a stop sign it still reads 35... tapping
on the faceplate will help a little but not much.. .. at
least the odometer works so i know when to get gas!
