| Subject: | *@&$*@%*!^$ Crank Nut |
| Date: | Wed, 13 Jun 2001 22:00:57 -0700 |
I am in the middle of installing the Judson and am having a HE-double hockey sticks of a time trying to get the lower crank pulley nut off. Removing the motor mount nuts and lifting the engine is not a problem, it's trying to turn the nut without the engine moving. Any way to immobilize the crank? I've got an impact wrench, just not too powerful (275 ft-lbs?). Mike MacLean-60 Sprite |
