tr6's were pretty neat when they ran right. but other than common rust on
the exterior body panels there are hidden suprises as far as rust is
concerned. the rear frames rusted out on cars that you would not suspect
that to be true by judging them by the condition ofthe body's sheet metal.
i would be more concerned about structural integrity than electrical /
mechanical / cosmetic issues.
once again it is another car that can be revived from near certain death
with a catalog. but if the frame is shot.....then you will end up with 2
tr6's.....the runner and the useless parts car. same goes for tr250, tr4a
and tr4. all neat cars but subject to the same rust problems...at least up
here in the northeastern states. now an arizona or new mexico car? that
stuff is what rust belt residents dreams are made of.....
