Kinda like me getting caught driving the Midget with an inspection a full 14
months overdue. "But officer, the engine's newly rebuilt, and will never
pass emmissions. I have to break in the rings. Don't you remember the when
cars were new in the '70's and they told you not to take the cars on the
highway for the first 1,000 miles?"
