Re: Fuel Tank Ground

  The tank grounds to the car body thru the mounting screws.  Clean the
screws and the captive nuts on the tank so as to get good contact. 
Likewise, clean the mating flanges around the sending unit & tank.  Also
the screws & nuts.  That's where the SU grounds to the tank.  It's also
a good idea to paint each area after you re-install the parts.  It will
slow down the inevitable rusting process.
