Took the valve cover cap off at 1,200 idle and noticed two things. 1) there was a pretty strong vacuum in there. And 2) there was an aweful lot of oil splashing around. It's a 1500 with twin HS4s and synthetic oil (castol syntec). Can the oil splashing around be the synthetic as it was pretty warm and if I remember right, 5W15. And can the vacuum be from the carbs?
