Brings back memories! The quake is was much deeper in the ground (25
miles) and lateral, so less effect on the surface. Looks like they
sustained much less damage than we did here in San Francisco, particulary
regarding the roadways. No injury reports in yet. Lots of collapsing brick
facades, but larger modern building seem to have held up well.
