Home page help (NO LBC)

Folks, computer gurus, anybody who knows!

I screwed up my home page.
Can anybody assist me in getting it back on the WWW?
I have netscape publisher and WS-FTP, I keep getting error messages.
Les Myers originally helped me set it up but he moved and changed emails
and I lost it when my PC crashed.
I am lost here. Now if it was a Sprite.....I could fix it. but computers
and me just don't get along.

Any help would be gratfully appreciated.
