Get a countersink drill bit, they come in all sizes.
If you can find a small 1/8 c/s bit, that will work fine.
Or use a tapered grinding stone in a drill to ease the edges.
If you can not find a 1/8" get a 1/4" countersink, just dont push it
down that far.
